Samsung Galaxy J7 Pro smartphone goes on sale in India at Rs 20,900
NEW DELHI: Samsung‘s Galaxy J7 Pro, the smartphone that was launched in India back in June alongside the Galaxy J7 Max, is now up for grabs. The smartphone is listed on both Samsung’s website and on Amazon India. However, only the latter has started selling the product. 
The Samsung Galaxy J7 Pro was launched at Rs 20,900 in India. Available in Black and Gold colour variants, the smartphone runs Android 7.0 Nougat and is powered by a 1.6 GHz octa-core Exynos SoC, paired with 3GB of RAM.


Having a 5.5-inch full HD display of 1080×1920 pixel resolution, the Galaxy J7 Pro has a 13MP rear camera with f/1.7 aperture and LED flash, along with a 13MP front-facing shooter with f/1.9 aperture and LED flash. The device comes with 64GB inbuilt storage, which can be expanded up to 128GB via a microSD card.

The 4G-enabled smartphone supports Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Wi-Fi Direct, NFC, Bluetooth, GPS and GLONASS.

Samsung for now, is focussed on launching its Galaxy Note 8 phablet. The handset has been leaked in couple of images already. Recently, a popular smartphone tipster Evan Blass has shared an image showing the ‘Midnight Black’ colour variant of the device on Twitter. The Forbes website too has shared an image showing the Silver colour variant in a transparent cover case.

The Forbes report additionally claims that the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 will sport 6.3-inch display, which presumably will be a Super Amoled screen with QHD+ display.

We will have to wait till August 23 when the phablet will see the light of the day. The main event will take place in Park Avenue Armory, New York at 11AM EST (8.30PM IST). The company will also be live streaming the event on its own website.
