Airtel offering 84GB data to prepaid users at Rs 399
NEW DELHI: Airtel appears to be doing a Jio. Over the past few weeks, the company has announced several attractive data offers. One of these is the Rs 399 plan. Under this plan, Airtel is offering unlimited local and STD calls along with 84GB data with a validity period of 84 days.
As per the company’s official website, once a user exhausts his/her limit of 1,000 minutes then he/she will charged Rs 0.10 per minute for Airtel to Airtel calls and Rs. 0.30 per minute for calls made to other networks.
Reliance Jio too has a Rs 399 plan with a validity of 84 days. Under its Rs 399 tariff plan, Jio offers users unlimited free calling (domestic), unlimted SMSes (with a daily cap of 100) and 84GB of data with an FUP limit of 1GB data per day.
Vodafone offers largely the same benefits under its Rs 352 plan. Ideal Cellular and Aircel have tariff plans at Rs 453 and Rs 348 offering users similar benefits.
Airtel recently announced its BigByte broadband offer under which it is offering 1000GB bonus data to users for a period of eight months.Airtel is offering a range of plans under which the users will get the extra 1000GB data. These plans will be valid till March 31 2018. Airtel’s BigByte broadband plans start at Rs 599 and go up to Rs 1999. The plans offered, however, differ from telecom circle to circle. The extra data can be used once the user has consumed his/her monthly limit.
